Seale and Sands Parish Council have adopted the new Model Publication Scheme which came into force on 1st January 2009.
The scheme informs members of the public what information the Council holds and how the information can be obtained. We will endeavour to make information available except where: it would be resource intensive or impractical for the information to be prepared under routine release, the information is readily and publicy available elsewhere, we do not hold the information, the information is exempt under a FOIA exemption or Environmental Information Regulation or its release is prohibited by another statute.
